62 Commission’s directions about conduct of licensee’s operations
(1)
The commission may give written directions to the holder of a licence (the licensee) about how the licensee is to conduct the licensee’s operations as the holder of the licence.
Note Under pt 10 (Notification and review of decisions), a decision to give a direction may, on application, be reconsidered by the commission and reviewed by the ACAT.
(2)
The directions must not be inconsistent with—
(a)
this Act or any other Territory law; or
(b)
a condition of the licence.
(3)
The licensee must comply with the directions.
