33E Qualifications of radiation safety officer
(1)
The chief health officer may determine a qualification required for a radiation safety officer under this Act.
(2)
A determination may apply, adopt or incorporate a law of another jurisdiction or an instrument as in force from time to time.
(3)
A determination is a notifiable instrument.
