16 Precautions for privacy—breath analysis
(1)
An authorised person carrying out breath analysis for a rail safety worker must take all practicable steps to ensure that it is not readily apparent to members of the public that the breath analysis is being carried out.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply if the breath analysis is carried out at a police station.
