38 Application—div 3.4
(1)
This division applies to a proceeding in a court.
(2)
A certificate under this division—
(a)
is evidence of the matters stated in it; and
(b)
is not inadmissible only because of the fact that the certificate relates to 1, or some only, of the matters mentioned in the provision of this division that applies to the certificate.
(3)
Unless the contrary is proved, a document that purports to be a certificate under this division is taken to be a certificate.
