6 Application of Rail Safety National Law
The Rail Safety National Law set out in the schedule to the South Australian Act, as amended from time to time—
(a)
applies as a territory law; and
(b)
as so applying may be referred to as the Rail Safety National Law (ACT); and
(c)
so applies as if it were part of this Act.
