68A Orders
The ACAT may make the following orders in relation to an application to allow or to review a rental rate increase:
(a)
an order allowing the increase applied for or the other increase that the ACAT considers just;
(b)
an order disallowing the increase;
(c)
an order disallowing part of the increase.
