6E Certain people given right of occupation not tenants
A residential tenancy agreement does not include an agreement for the right to occupy premises if the person given the right of occupation is—
a party to an agreement entered into honestly for the sale or purchase of the premises; or
a person prescribed by regulation.
This section is subject to the following sections:
section 6B (Residential tenancy agreement if agreement written and says it is residential tenancy agreement)
section 6C (Residential tenancy agreement if agreement part of employment).
