75 Assistance with inquiries about residential tenancy and occupancy agreements
The registrar may give the assistance the registrar considers appropriate in relation to an inquiry about a residential tenancy agreement or occupancy agreement, including—
referring the person making the inquiry to services provided by the public or private sector that give advice about residential tenancy or occupancy matters generally; and
referring the person to services provided by the public or private sector for the resolution of tenancy disputes or occupancy disputes.
Note The registrar may also help a person make an application to the ACAT as the registrar considers appropriate (see ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 112 (1) (b)).
