In this division:
protected person—
(a)
in relation to a protection order under the Family Violence Act 2016—see that Act, dictionary; or
(b)
in relation to a protection order under the Personal Violence Act 2016—see that Act, dictionary.
respondent—
(a)
in relation to a protection order under the Family Violence Act 2016—see that Act, dictionary; or
(b)
