243 Disposal of land subject to charge
(1)
A person must not dispose of land in relation to which a charge is in force under this part except in accordance with an order under section 246 (Order for enforcement of charge).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the disposal of land in a retirement village in the course of the sale of a retirement village as a going concern.
