36 Orders for repayment of waiting list fees
(1)
A person who paid a waiting list fee for a retirement village may apply to the ACAT for an order directing the operator of the retirement village to repay the fee.
(2)
The ACAT may also, if the ACAT considers it appropriate, make an order for the payment of interest at a rate determined by the ACAT.
