76 Former occupant not required to pay certain amounts
If a village contract is ended under this division, the former occupant is not required to pay any of the following amounts that would, but for this section, be payable by the former occupant under the contract:
any recurrent charges;
any departure fee;
the cost of refurbishment of residential premises the subject of the residence contract;
the costs of sale or letting of the premises;
any amount stated in the village contract as being payable for ending the contract during the settling-in period;
any other amount prescribed by regulation.
In this section:
refurbishment, of residential premises the subject of a residence contract—see section 218.
