195A Stopping public bus at bus stop
The driver of a public bus must not stop at a bus stop, or on the road, within 20m before a sign on the road that indicates the bus stop, and 10m after the sign, unless the driver—
(a)
stops at a place on a length of road, or in an area, to which a parking control sign applies and the driver is permitted to stop at that place under this regulation; or
(b)
is dropping off or picking up passengers; or
(c)
is stopping for a regular route service.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
