213T Unauthorised use of parking permit and mobility parking scheme authority
(1)
A driver must not display a parking permit in or on the driver’s vehicle if the driver is not entitled to do so under the conditions of the permit.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
A driver must not display a mobility parking scheme authority in or on the driver’s vehicle if the driver is not entitled to do so under the conditions of the authority.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
