Meaning of demerit points offence

Current

In this Act:

demerit points offence means—

(a)

an offence included in the national schedule of demerit points; or

(b)

any other offence prescribed by regulation under the Road Transport (General) Act 1999 for section 14 (1) (Offences for which demerit points are incurred); or

(c)

an offence recognised under section 14 (2).
