11 Rights, liabilities and obligations of multiple responsible persons
(1)
This section applies if there is more than 1 responsible person for a vehicle at any time.
(2)
In a provision of the road transport legislation, or another Act or regulation concerned with the responsible person for a vehicle, a reference to the responsible person for a vehicle includes each responsible person for the vehicle.
