20 Additional demerit point offences
(1)
An offence for which demerit points are prescribed is a non-national schedule offence if the text ‘(NS)’ does not appear in schedule 1, column 6 of the item applying to the offence.
(2)
For the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1999, section 13 (1), definition of demerit points offence, paragraph (b), the non-national schedule offences are prescribed.
