Meaning of bus and public bus

Current

In this Act:

bus—

(a)

means a motor vehicle built mainly to carry people that seats over 9 adults (including the driver); but

(b)

does not include—

(i)

a limousine; or

(ii)

a light rail vehicle.

public bus means a bus used to provide a bus service.
