Meaning of bookable vehicle and bookable vehicle driver

In this Act:

bookable vehicle means—

(a)

a taxi; or

(b)

a rideshare vehicle; or

(c)

a hire car.

bookable vehicle driver means—

(a)

a taxi driver; or

(b)

a rideshare driver; or

(c)

a hire car driver.
