33 Transport booking service must comply with accreditation conditions
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
is an accredited transport booking service; and
(b)
fails to comply with a condition of the accreditation.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
