53 Pretending to be an accredited taxi service operator
(1)
A person must not pretend to be accredited under the regulations to operate a taxi service.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not pretend to be accredited under the regulations to operate a particular kind of taxi service.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
