12 Master licences
(1)
A master licence is a licence that authorises the licensee to employ or provide people to carry on a security activity.
(2)
However, the licensee may only employ or provide a person to carry on a security activity if the person holds an employee licence, a trainer licence, a temporary licence or an employee temporary visitor licence.
