24 Eligibility for employee, trainer and employee temporary visitor licences
(1)
A person is eligible to hold a trainer or employee temporary visitor licence only if the person is an individual who—
(a)
is employed by someone who holds a master licence or master temporary visitor licence; or
(b)
is self-employed and holds a master licence or master temporary visitor licence.
(2)
A person is eligible to hold an employee or employee temporary visitor licence to guard with a firearm only if the person satisfies the commissioner that he or she holds an appropriate ACT firearms licence.
