28 Form of licence
A licence must—
(a)
be signed by the licensee; and
(b)
state the licence class or, if the licence authorises the licensee to carry on an activity in more than 1 subclass, each subclass, of licence; and
(c)
have a unique identifying number (the licence number); and
(d)
contain anything else prescribed under the regulations.
