35 Keeping register
The register may include information about licences given to the commissioner for fair trading under this Act and any other information the commissioner considers appropriate.
The register may be kept in the form of, or as part of, 1 or more computer databases or in any form the commissioner for fair trading considers appropriate.
The commissioner for fair trading may correct any mistake, error or omission in the register subject to the requirements (if any) of the regulations.
The commissioner may change a detail included in the register to keep the register up-to-date.
This section does not limit the functions of the commissioner for fair trading in relation to the register.
