Provision of information about facility

In force

Despite any other provision of this Act or of another Territory law, it is lawful for a person to give, for this Act, information about the operation of the facility to—

(a)

the Legislative Assembly or a committee of the Assembly; or

(b)

the Minister or a public employee acting in the course of his or her duties on behalf of a Minister; or

(c)

the advisory committee; or

(d)

a person appointed in writing by the Minister to review the effectiveness of the facility in meeting the relevant objectives of this Act.
