24 Convening meetings
(1)
The chairperson, or if the chairperson cannot do so, the deputy chairperson, must call such meetings of the advisory committee—
(a)
as the chairperson or the deputy chairperson considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions; or
(b)
as the Minister directs, by written notice given to the chairperson or the deputy chairperson.
(2)
The chairperson must call a meeting of the advisory committee if asked by 3 members.
