Supervised Injecting Place Trial Regulation 2003

This regulation is the Supervised Injecting Place Trial Regulation 2003.

The membership of the advisory committee is reduced by omitting provision for the membership of people nominated by and representing the National Centre for Epidemiology and Health, the Canberra Injectors Network and the Australian Intravenous League.

The membership of the advisory committee is extended by including the following:

1 person nominated by and representing the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health;

2 people nominated by and representing the Australian Injecting and Illicit Drug Users League, of whom 1 must be an ACT-based peer representative.
