27 Requests for access
(1)
A person who wishes to have access to a record of an agency that is open to public access may apply to the agency.
(2)
An agency must take reasonable steps to assist a person to make a request in accordance with this section.
(3)
An agency to which a request is made in accordance with this section must comply with the request within a reasonable time.
