49 Time and place of meetings of council
(1)
The council is to meet at the times and places it decides.
(2)
However, the council must meet at least 4 times a year.
(3)
The chairperson—
(a)
may at any time call a meeting of the council; and
(b)
must call a meeting if asked by the Minister, the director or at least 3 appointed members.
(4)
If the chairperson is not available for any reason to call a meeting of the council, the deputy chairperson may call the meeting.
