53 Register of tobacco licences
(1)
The commissioner must keep a register containing particulars of—
(a)
the name of each licensee; and
(b)
the number allotted to each licence; and
(c)
the prescribed particulars (if any).
(2)
The commissioner must make the register available for public inspection at the office of the commissioner during the times when the office is open to the public.
