70 Determination of fees
(1)
The Minister must determine—
(a)
the fee payable annually for the grant or renewal of a wholesale tobacco merchant’s licence; and
(b)
the fee payable annually for the grant or renewal of a retail tobacconist’s licence.
(2)
The Minister may determine fees for this Act (including this part).
(3)
The Minister may determine the fee payable for a retail tobacconist’s licence by reference to the number of premises, or points of sale, specified in the licence.
(4)
A determination is a disallowable instrument.
