42 Licensees to tell commission of changed circumstances
This section applies to a licensee if there is—
a change in any of the information the licensee gave the commission in or for its licence application; or
a change that would result in the licensee no longer being an eligible person; or
any other change determined by the commission.
The licensee must give the commission written notice of the change not later than 14 days after the change happens.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

A determination is a notifiable instrument.
