36 Meaning of school of anatomy—pt 5
In this part:
school of anatomy means—
(a)
a school of anatomy established under a law of the Territory or Commonwealth; or
(b)
a school of anatomy the conduct of which is authorised under this Act; or
(c)
a place that is, under section 42 (4), taken to be a school of anatomy for this Act; or
(d)
a school of anatomy that is licensed under a law of a State.
