19A Company may hold property as joint tenant

(1)

A trustee company is capable of acquiring and holding property as a joint tenant with an individual in the same way as an individual may acquire and hold property as a joint tenant.

(2)

If a trustee company that is a joint tenant of property is dissolved, the property devolves on the other joint tenant.
