Part 5Payment of unclaimed amounts to claimants
31 Review by ACAT
(1)
The following people may apply to the ACAT for review of a decision under section 29:
(a)
the applicant in relation to the decision;
(b)
any other person whose interests are affected by the decision.
(2)
The public trustee and guardian must give notice of a decision to each person whose interests are affected by the decision.
(3)
The notice must be in accordance with a reviewable decision notice.
