15 Uncollected goods—public or unleased land
Where goods—
(a)
have been moved to a retention area under section 14 (1) (a) (i); or
(b)
are not claimed within the period specified in the notice under section 14 (1) (a) (ii);
the goods shall be deemed to be uncollected goods and may be disposed of in accordance with part 3.
