147 Unit entitlement authorities—period of effect
(1)
A unit entitlement authority remains in force for—
(a)
3 months after it is given, or after an event stated in the authority happens; or
(b)
any extended period allowed under section 146 (4).
(2)
A unit entitlement authority must state the period for which it is in force.
