177 Effect of decision to allow objection

If a decision is made to allow an objection and to substitute a new decision for the decision objected to—

(a)

the decision objected to no longer has effect from the date of the reviewable decision notice; and

(b)

this Act applies as if the substituted decision had been made on the date of the notice, subject to paragraph (c); and

(c)

this part does not apply to the substituted decision.
