Consent to building management statements for existing buildings

In force

(1)

An owners corporation for a units plan for an existing relevant building may, if authorised by a special resolution, consent to an application under the Land Titles Act 1925, section 123I (Territory planning authority approval of building management statement) for—

(a)

approval of a building management statement; or

(b)

an amendment to a registered building management statement.

(2)

In this section:

relevant building—see the Land Titles Act 1925, section 123C (1).
