Manager not to be contracted for longer than 3 years

(1)

An owners corporation must not enter into a management contract with a manager for longer than 3 years (including any period for which the contract may be renewed or extended).

(2)

If an owners corporation enters into a management contract for longer than 3 years, the contract is taken, for all purposes, to be a contract for 3 years.
