9 Endorsement of units plans—Act, s 27 (2)
(1)
If the territory planning authority approves a unit title application, the authority must—
(a)
make, on the approved form, an endorsement that the documents that are to form the units plan are approved under this Act as the units plan for the subdivision of the parcel; and
(b)
date the endorsement.
(2)
The boundary diagram that is to form part of the units plan must be endorsed with (or accompanied by) a certificate by a registered surveyor in the approved form.
(3)
In this section:
approved form means the form approved under the Land Titles Act 1925 for an application for registration of a units plan.
