101 Advisory panel—ending appointments
The Minister may, by written notice to a member of the advisory panel, end the member’s appointment for—
(a)
misbehaviour; or
(b)
physical or mental incapacity, if the incapacity substantially affects the exercise of the member’s functions; or
(c)
contravening section 102.
