110 Definitions—pt 7
In this part:
connected—a thing is connected with an offence if—
the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
it was used, is being used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
occupier, of premises, includes—
a person believed on reasonable grounds to be an occupier of the premises; and
a person apparently in charge of the premises.
Note The dictionary defines premises as including land.
offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing has been, is being, or will be, committed.
warrant means a warrant issued under division 7.4 (Warrants).
