137 Power to apply or disapply Act to entities or activities
(1)
The Minister may declare that this Act, or a provision of this Act—
(a)
applies to a stated entity or a stated activity; or
(b)
does not apply to a stated entity or a stated activity.
(2)
A declaration is a disallowable instrument.
