54 Nomination for registration
(1)
Anyone (including the conservator) may nominate a tree for registration.
(2)
A nomination must be—
(a)
in writing; and
(b)
given to the conservator.
(3)
The conservator may refuse to consider a nomination if satisfied the nomination is frivolous or vexatious.
