63 Proposal for cancellation of registration
(1)
Anyone (including the conservator) may propose that a tree’s registration be cancelled.
(2)
A proposal must be—
(a)
in writing; and
(b)
given to the conservator.
(3)
The conservator may refuse to consider a proposal if satisfied the proposal is frivolous or vexatious.
