18 Authorised people
(1)
A carrier may appoint a person to be an authorised person for the carrier for this Act.
Note For the making of appointments (including acting appointments), see the Legislation Act, pt 19.3.
(2)
An authorised person must act in accordance with any conditions of appointment and any direction given to the person by the carrier.
