Review of Act

In force

(1)

The Minister must, as soon as practicable after the end of this Act’s 2nd year of operation—

(a)

review the operation and effectiveness of the Act; and

(b)

present a report of the review to the Legislative Assembly.

Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to any regulation or other statutory instrument made or in force under the Act (see Legislation Act, s 104).

(2)

This section expires 6 years after the day it commences.
