Qualification for general or non-practising registration

In force

A person is qualified to hold a general registration or non-practising registration as a veterinary practitioner if the person—

(a)

is a graduate of a course of education in veterinary surgery or veterinary science offered by an Australian, New Zealand or other foreign institution that is accredited by AVBC or approved by the board; or

(b)

has—

(i)

completed a course of education in veterinary surgery or veterinary science outside Australia and New Zealand; and

(ii)

passed an examination held by AVBC.
